Tranny Manny’s

So the night life in Columbus was surprisingly hep. We ventured into the Short North area which I lovingly call Sho Nuff town, for no particular reason, and stumbled upon a great lil’ bar named Surly Girl. We flirted with some handsome grad students with tattoos, while the Patron flowed freely and crossed several hands and lips.

We came in the next day, Sunday, for the same debauchery and true to form and its name, the bar served us well.

The Ohio Roller Derby gals came in for buckets of PBR, dozens of Surly Girl shots (very tasty I might add) and table dancing! We caught the action before it all went down.

Interestingly enough, many resembled the ill-conceived, well-endowed tranny mannequins next door.

Alas, another day in the life.
